What we collect
When you submit a setup request through our intake form, we collect:
- Your business name, your name, email, and phone number
- Your business niche, service area, and current website or social link
- Information about where your leads come from and your follow-up challenges
- Your desired quote-page link name
When someone submits a demo quote request on our demo pages, we collect:
- Their name, email, phone (optional), and what service they're requesting
- Any additional message they provide
How we use your information
- Intake form: We use your business and contact details to set up your quote-capture page and to contact you about your setup. That's it.
- Demo submissions: Demo data is used only to show you how the system works. It is not used to contact you for marketing, and no real order is created.
- Lead records: When your quote-capture page is live, submissions from your customers are stored in a database you can export. Those records are yours.
What we don't do
- We don't send SMS or text messages
- We don't sell or share your data with third parties
- We don't use your data for marketing drip campaigns
- We don't use AI to score or rank your leads
- We don't integrate with CRM systems
Email
We use email to send confirmations and notifications. When a customer submits a quote request on your page, they receive an automatic confirmation email, and you receive a lead-summary email. No marketing emails are sent automatically.
Data retention
Your intake request is kept until your setup is complete. Demo submissions are periodically cleared. Lead records from your live quote page are retained until you request deletion.
Your choices
You can request export or deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@leadspringer.com. Demo submissions can be cleared at any time.
